Helen’s Hill Estate is named after the previous owner of the property, Helen Fraser. Venture partners Andrew and Robyn McIntosh and Roma and Allan Nalder combined childhood farming experience with more recent careers in medicine and finance to establish and manage the day-to-day operations of the estate. It produces 2 labels: Helen’s Hill Estate and Ingram Road, both made onsite. Scott McCarthy started his career early by working vintages during school holidays before gaining diverse and extensive experience in the Barossa and Yarra Valleys, Napa Valley, Languedoc, the Loire Valley and Marlborough. We are situated off Ingram Rd, which runs along the southern ranges of the renowned Yarra Valley.Comprising 150 acres (110 under vine) the vineyard includes 140 seat restaurant (with some of the finest views of the scenic Yarra Valley), Cellar Door, extensive lawn bushland area for our festivals (or just lazing the day away) and state of the art winery.
