Our Review
When Kate Hill and her husband Charles came to Tasmania in ’06, Kate had worked as a winemaker in Australia and overseas for 10 years. Having always sourced fruit from vineyards across southern Tasmania, ’16 saw them also planting 4ha of their own pinot noir, chardonnay and shiraz. A cellar door followed in ’17. The aim is to produce approachable, delicate wines. -JAMES HALLIDAY
