Our Review
Holm Oak takes its name from its grove of oak trees, planted around the beginning of the 20th century. A boutique family affair, winemaker Rebecca Duffy has extensive winemaking experience in Australia and California; and husband Tim, a viticultural agronomist, manages the vineyard (pinot noir, pinot gris, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, riesling and small amounts of merlot, arneis, shiraz and cabernet franc). Cellar door, winery, family home (and a pet pig named Pinot) all co-exist on the vineyard site. -JAMES HALLIDAY
