Epsilon

Epsilon, named after the fifth star of the Southern Cross constellation, is a great example of how a background star can come to the fore. Taking ownership of the vineyard in 1994 when in their 20s, fifth generation grape growers Aaron and Julie (nee Kalleske) Southern were content to follow in the footsteps of their ancestors. Friends Jaysen Collins and Dan Standish (Massena Vineyards) helped them realise their dream of producing their own wine in 2004.
