Frazer Woods Wines

Based in Wilyabrup, Frazer Woods is a producer of sparkling wines; white, rosé and red, released under the La Cache and Frazer Woods labels. Jon Frazer and Jan Woods purchased an undeveloped plot of bushland and a paddock in ’85 and set about the long game of transforming it; vines were planted in ’96. Irrigation is rare, ferments are natural and the La Cache wines spend a minimum of 5 years on lees. John also runs a contract sparkling wine business, called the Champagne Shed. -JAMES HALLIDAY
