Sedona Estate, established by Paul Evans (a trained commercial pilot) and Sonja Herges (from Germany's Mosel Valley), is located in the picturesque Yea Valley, gateway to Victoria’s high country. The unique combination of abundant sunshine, cool nights and low rainfall in this elevated wine region provides a true cool climate for growing premium-quality fruit. Sangiovese (the vines sourced from Yarra Yering) and carménère were added to the existing plantings of cabernet sauvignon, merlot and shiraz in 2017. Exports to China. -JAMES HALLIDAY
