Our Review
Owner/winemaker Stephanie Toole has never deviated from the pursuit of excellence in the vineyard and winery. She has 2 vineyard sites in the Clare Valley, certified organic since '14 and biodynamic since '20. The attention to detail and refusal to cut corners is obvious in all her wines. The cellar door is in the renovated old Auburn railway station. -JAMES HALLIDAY
