Friends and partners Paul Heinicke, Stuart Bourne (winemaker, ex Château Tanunda) Tom Fotheringham (sales and marketing, ex Penfolds) first met while all working at Barossa Valley Estate. Soul Growers source from multi-generational family growers (26 in total) in Moppa, Ebenezer, Kalimna, Vine Vale, Eden Valley and Nuriootpa with pocket-handkerchief vineyard blocks of mataro at Nuriootpa and grenache at Krondorf.
