Our Review
Avril and Steve Thomas purchased Magpie Springs in 2013. The vineyard is planted to semillon, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, pinot noir, merlot, shiraz and riesling; organic methods are practices although they are not certified. Most fruit is sold to nearby wineries, with some retained for the Magpie Springs brand. Cellar door guests can also take in the art gallery (Avril is an artist). -HALLIDAY TEAM
