Plan B is owned and run by wine consultant Terry Chellappah ‘between rocking the bass guitar and researching bars’. He says he is better at one than the other. Plan B has been notably successful, with significant increases in production. Winemaker Vanessa Carson has made wine in Margaret River and Frankland Valley, as well as in Italy and France. Exports to the EU, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Fiji and Indonesia. -JAMES HALLIDAY
