Plan B is owned and run by wine consultant Terry Chellappah ‘between rocking the bass guitar and researching bars’. He says he is better at one than the other. Plan B has been notably successful, with significant increases in production. Winemaker Vanessa Carson has made wine in Margaret River and Frankland Valley, as well as in Italy and France. -JAMES HALLIDAY
