Get to know home-grown examples of this textural and food-friendly Italian white.

Originating in the Campania region of southern Italy, fiano is a textural, medium-bodied and acidic white. Modern Australian interpretations of the variety are lean and savoury, with delicious citrus flavours that make them an excellent match for seafood, creamy pasta and antipasto spreads. Try these four local examples.
