Bass and Flinders Mother's Day Masterclass

May 8, 2022

Do you – sorry – does your mum love gin? Either way, the Bass and Flinders masterclass seems like the perfect gift. Spend a day on the Mornington Peninsula, and visit the family-owned distillery to learn about the (many) techniques and botanicals used in the production of gin. And then blend your own! You'll use a range of vapour-infused botanicals, and yes, you can take your 500ml one-of-a-kind gin home.

The masterclass runs from 11am–2pm and tickets are $165 per person.

Harvest Moon Festival

May 13–15, 2022

Harvest moon: "The harvest moon is traditionally the early evening moonlight that helps farmers bring in their autumn crops. It symbolises the end of autumn and therefore a time to relax, restore and revitalise."

Recharge and rejuvenate under the full moon at the inaugural Harvest Moon Festival. Held at the very end of harvest, in Victoria's High Country, Delatite Wines will host the program focused on sustainability. Think yoga, cold water submersion, and meditation sessions, as well as hot air balloons, the finest dining with Bente Grysbaek (head chef at Pope Joan), bonfires, local produce, markets and guest speakers – all with a glass of wine in your hand.
