The Hunter Valley Wine and Food Festival has kicked off for 2022 with over 40 events running across May and June. The festival showcases the distinct wine region and diverse food culture of the Broke and Lovedale subregions.
Daily events include port and cheese tastings at Tintilla Estate or the Grange vs Hunter tasting at Wine House (taste the 2015 Grange up against the 2017 Tyrrell Vat 9 Shiraz, 2017 Mount Pleasant O'Shea Shiraz and the 2017 De Iuliis Limited Release Shiraz).
Weekly experiences range from Tyrrell's one hour Single Vineyard Experience, where you can enjoy a guided tasting through the iconic Single Vineyard blocks, or sharpen your tasting skills with Scarborough Wine Co's Let's Get Sensory. The Epic Tasting Experience at Hungerford Hill comprises a wine tasting matched with a mini-degustation of dishes by the award-winning two-hatted Muse Restaurant.
